Write a screenplay that gets produced

For thirteen years I have wanted to tell the story that is based on my life and a family secret that I uncovered in 1992. I took my firrst step toward that Monday by purchasing a book called Screenplay-The Foundations of Screenwriting, by Syd Field. I highly recommend this book. It is most helpful! I'll keep you posted.

After I tell this autobiographical story, I would like to write more fiction screenplays that focus on characters as spiritual beings having human experiences.
